Property Photoshoot Opportunities

What do I get?

  • We can pay an hourly rate to rent your property
  • We can trade for taking professional photos of your property
  • You can loan it to us for the fun of it

What are we looking for:

  • Clean, simple and elegant architecture
  • Beautiful pools and lush landscapes
  • Solid colored walls (white is generally preferred, but depends on the photoshoot)
  • Expansive Staircases
  • Modern, antique or vintage styles
  • We are looking for properties throughout South Florida from Jupiter to Miami

Some additional Information:

  • We may request that any existing artwork on wall(s) to be used to be removed prior to the photoshoot
    (for copyright reasons and to avoid distractions in the background)
  • We will leave the property in the same original condition (just as clean and arranged)
  • We focus on Luxury Glamour, Pinup and Boudoir photography for real women
  • This is not a solicitation to find locations for other 3rd parties, movie productions or shooting “porn”
  • Locations are being sought for photoshoots for clients of James K Miles Portraiture and his photography brands only
